WELCOME TO 2 BAR M LONGHORNS.
We're located in Marlow, Oklahoma, in the heart of the historic Chisholm Trail where herds of longhorns were driven north so many decades before.
We started building our herd in 2002. We have been adding and culling, slowly and steadily, until the present time. We currently try to maintain a small herd of around 30 cows. All of our cows have been selected for a combination of disposition, show quality, horn growth and color....OR selected for their ability to produce the best of these qualities.
In 2008 we partnered with the Flying G Ranch showing FGR Kelly’s Hero -- and MAN, WHAT A RIDE! Hero topped out that year, winning the 2008 Youth World Champion All Age Bull honors at the ITLA World Champiohampion Show. The following year, Hero won the 2009 Open World Champion All Age Bull. The same year Hero and his full sister FGR Kellys Herroenne was Champion Get of Sire. In 2011 our steer Chance was World Champion All Age Steer.
We really love showing off our cattle. We usually try to hit all of the ITLA shows within 5 or 6 hrs of our house and hit a Fair or two.
